| I started drinking Fennel and Mint leaf tea about 2 weeks ago hoping to help with my constipation. First day, there was no noticeable result but there was movement in my stomach and intestines. I continued drinking for 3 days, and by end of 2nd day, stool has become softer and easier to eliminate. I drink this first thing in the morning when I wake up and throughout the day.
