| I've been drinking the tea for about 2.5 weeks now. At first I was drinking it every day but some days I don't. I'm also taking the fiber and the peppermint pills. There are still some days where my tummy still bloats up - and whereas for the most part it isn't painful like it use to be, I still look like I'm 5 months pregnant. I think I feel better overall, I've also been trying to follow the food cheat sheet and eating more mangos and avocados. I do love cafe au laits and have been experimenting with drinking coffee. The days that I've had it, I haven't been able to see a obvious correlation. Some days are fine and others my tummy has gone crazy. So it seems to work but I'm still experimenting. :) | |

| I regularly have one cup as my day begins and one more throughout the day. I cannot begin to express my thanks for your knowledge in this area - so far (2 weeks!) my tummy & bowels are fabulous....100%. I just don't want this to stop. So, I ensure that I keep my diet steady (have owned your book for some time now) and have not yet had any issues. I just have to be careful because when your body is running 'great' you can tend to forget about your issues and splurge on the wrong food! Why did I wait so long to try these? | |||||

| Typically, just before I start my period, I have a lot of bloating, and just tons of discomfort. This tea seemed to have prevented all of that discomfort. True test will be next month. If I'm drinking this tea, and I'm not suffering with the severe bloat, and discomfort during PMS, I will then know for sure this tea is the reason why. I love the taste. I add one packet of splenda to my cup of tea, and it's yummy! | |
