Your peppermint pills have been a life saver! They have not only helped to control the pain and cramping but they have also helped me with my confidence level in branching out and trying new foods. I have been guilty of following the BRAT diet much too closely for extreme fear of the stomach cramps and pain that I had in the beginning of this process of being diagnosed with Post Infectious IBS a year and a half ago. I am so thankful for your website in teaching me how to control my intake to manage my symptoms. I can't rate your peppermint pills highly enough!!

So grateful for this high-grade tea
This gives me a good deal of control over abdominal pain when it emerges. I use this along with Heather's loose fennel. This along with the tummy fiber gives me a good deal Of control of my GI symptoms of IBS/IBD

When Heather said she combined the fennel tea and peppermint tea I thought I would try it. The taste is good it's not as strong.
