| Anyone who suffers from acid reflux and/or gastritis may benefit from peppermint capsules. They work wonders for me. I take one before eating anything that might possibly cause acid reflux or irritate my stomach such as tomato based sauces, tea, coffee, chocolate or anything spicy. I avoided peppermint capsules for years thinking they would either cause or make existing acid reflux worse. But to my surprise it prevents foods from irritating my stomach and doesn't cause acid reflux. I love Heather's products. Quality and good prices. | |
