| I cannot express how very relied I am to have FINALLY found something that works to control my IBS. I was diagnosed as having IBS. I had been put on a prescription for it, but I didn't like taking the drug. I tried some over the counter pills that were very expensive. Absolutely nothing has helped me like the Peppermint pills do. I can now leave the house without being worried about having an episode of uncontrollable diarrea while I am out. I finally feel like I have control of over my body instead of it having control over me. My daughter has the same issue so I gave her a bottle of the Peppermint pills to try as well. We both also suffer from acid reflux, but I have been able to avoid this by following the instructions as listed on the bottle. I told my daughter to be sure and follow the instructions as well. I am so very thankful to have found this website because the information and products have made a huge impact on my well being!! Thank you Heather!! | |

| We're not sure how long my husband, Tello, has had IBS, but he has suffered with some digestive difficulty for most of the 10 years we've been together. I didn't realize how much I had altered my life to accommodate his needs. I was so very happy to find your site after another night at the ER. It is so discouraging and angering to see how his pain is dismissed. The entire issue is so embarrassing for him he will hardly speak of it and I'm sure he downplays the severity of the pain once the Dr. arrives. Enough of that. I am happy to report that Tello has lost the painful, full, bloated feeling in his lower abdomen. He attributes it to the Tummy Tamers peppermint oil caps and Acacia Tummy Fiber. He began following the IBS diet since 4/10 and the supplements a few weeks later. The hypnotherapy CDs are just coming out of the package and have been a nice addition to our evening routine. | The dull pain is completely gone | |
| I've been following the diet for just over a full month. It's working exceptionally well. I took myself off the Zelnorm completely, and I use your peppermint oil capsules instead. The dull pain is completely gone, and the bloating is even calming down. I am getting used to this new way of eating, and I don't really feel like I am deprived of anything. In fact, it seems that I am eating all the time. It's a little more work ensuring that I always have safe foods with me, but it's worth it. I've had a pelvic ultrasound and a few other tests in order to rule out other problems, and I am seeing my doctor next week for a final review. I will be sure to tell her about your book, so that from now on she can direct her IBS patients in a more HELPFUL manner. It still upsets me that none of my doctors would provide me with real, effective, solutions. I've said it many times, but I can't thank you enough for sharing this invaluable information. I have two young boys, and its been difficult trying to deal with them while feeling uncomfortable all the time. They are glad to have me back in good health. | |

| Revolutionized my life | |
| Dear Heather Although I live in S Africa, I use the peppermint oil caps all the time and they have revolutionized my life with no side effects. In fact, I use far fewer of them now, as I have improved beyond all recognition to how I was just a few years ago. I am sure using the hypnosis tapes made a huge difference too, so thank you for giving me back my life. I am actually writing because my beloved husband was diagnosed with colon cancer and secondaries in the liver in December last year. Since then he has had an operation and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. The first few days after his intravenous chemo, which is every three weeks, he usually feels pretty awful, very nauseous and generally unwell. Although he has anti-sickness tablets, I thought I would tell you that the thing that helps most are the pepperming oil caps, which usually get rid of the nausea in just a few minutes. We get our son, who lives in Hawaii to send them to us on a regular basis and he is shortly arriving with plenty more in his case to keep us going. I just thought I would tell you, as there could be someone else out there who knows someone undergoing chemo and maybe your peppermint caps could help them too. | Dear Heather, I couldn't find the appropriate place to send this to on your website, so I am taking a chance and writing to you here. I have had IBS for many years. Originally I was diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis. No other Doctor saw that except for the first colonoscopy that I had. Since then I have been told by successive Doctors that it is irritable bowel syndrome. I have been on every medication imaginable, told to take fiber supplements, etc. None of this ever worked for me. Sometimes I would go to the bathroom as many as 50 times a day. Recently I found out that I had cholicystitis and had to have my gallbladder out. After my gallbladder removal my symptoms got about 50 times worse. I could hardly leave my house because of the diarrhea and gas. My employer started complaining about the odor which was quite offensive. I literally almost became housebound. Out of desperation when traditional medicine couldn't help me I did a search on the internet and found your site. I had reached the end of my rope and was willing to try anything. I ordered the peppermint oil caps and the peppermint tea. After only a week I am 100% better. I don't have the volume, frequency, or gas any more. | Worlds worst farter! | |
| Hi, I would like to write a customer review for one of your products: I tried your Peppermint Oil Caps to treat my IBS-D and was pleasantly surprised by the results. I no longer have outbreaks of gas for days at a time or stomach pain after using the bathroom. Before I would have terrible stomach pain every morning after using the toilet. I would have to lay down on the bed and also take aspirin to deal with it. Now, the pain is gone. I was also the world's worst farter. Every other day, I could count on an awful, prolonged farting attack. Now, the gas is gone. I was totally amazed that a herbal remedy worked so well. I personally sprinkle on my morning egg white & veggie omelette, since…again…unflavored and no taste. If I forget to add it, I just mix with water.
