| I had high hopes for this product. Sadly it causes me to burp and causes intestinal discomfort despite my having zero history of acid reflux. To be extra safe I took it as directed with a tiny sip of water and waited an hour to eat. Still had constant “cool†peppermint burps. It seemed to cause increased bowel movements and increased diarrhea. How is a person supposed to use this if they are drinking fluids through the day and eating multiple small meals? So far it has not been helpful and has even been slightly negative. As it is this has been set aside and I do not plan to use it again anytime soon. | |

I'm dissatisfied with them now as far as formula. The capsule is tougher, thicker. Seems harder to swallow. The after taste of peppermint is way to strong now and doesn't seem to have any fennel in it. Sorry to say but I hope the previous formulation could be brought back. Sad about you having trouble with Amazon. Good for you to be able to navigate out of that. I wish I could say a better review. | I felt very fortunate to find this site. I got the book which is somewhat helpful- the fennel tea- which is a little helpful. I put a lot of stake in the peppermint caps. I found IB guard while waiting for my shipment to come & the improvement was remarkable. My caps came- & I thought they would be even better( less expensive too!). Halfway thru the first bottle, I started to backslide & the pain returned. I was heartbroken & upset. I looked at the ingredients more carefully & see SUCROSE. Why? Is probably in the capsule, but why?? One thing I did determine is I can have no artificial sweetener of any kind. I just assumed someone as careful about what they eat as you would be immaculately careful. I switched back to IB guard & am on the upswing again. So disappointed in your product | |||||
