Only product that gets results!
I don't use but this one product. Both my daughters do also. One used to suffer diarrhea after every meal. After building up by teaspoons, she no longer has this problem and enjoys eating without having to go to the bathroom after every meal. My other daughter suffered constipation, and after using this product daily, she no longer has that problem. Both now experience a normal bowel which is worth sticking by this product for eternity. Love it and can't live normally without it. Thank you so much!

Had to stop using it because of stomach distress.
The product did help for quite a while. I had gotten up to 5 teaspoons a day. But it started hurting my stomach and making me feel sick after I took it. So I am now trying to find other options.

Easy to use

Fabulous product!
My partner was having stomach issues and difficulty maintaining regular bowel movements. I did some research and found Heathers products. I ordered 1 package and within a week of taking it daily he began to feel better and the digestive issues cleared up. He got regular with BMs as well. It has been over a year now & he says when he misses a couple of days of taking Heathers's powder he can tell. It was a miracle for him since no one even his NP Doctor could not really tell him what was wrongâ€¦.he did change his diet with my helpâ€¦.mostly no dairy & minimal wheat products. Not sure what this means.
FYIâ€¦My package had been damaged, but there was a note of apology from the post office. It was rewrapped in plastic. The cardboard envelope was wet and ripped at one end. The papers inside were also wet, but the pouches were just fine.

It is working!
I discovered Heather many years ago. The advice I received on the website and in her book was invaluable after undergoing gal bladder surgery. Many of the concepts are still with me today (as well as the medication highlighted in a box in the book). Fast forward many years: when my now young-adult daughter was diagnosed with severe constipation, I immediately thought of Heather and the Tummy Fiber as an alternative to the over-the-counter chemicals they recommended she ingest. She successfully transitioned from the chemical to the Tummy Fiber, taking her time, and just this morning she enthusiastically told me the Tummy Fiber "works great!" and continued to explain that her digestion has never been better! The product is fantastic, a great help for IBS problems. The price was supposedly on sale and had to pay shipping, I should have checked first that Amazon has it for the same price and I shouldn't pay shipping having Prime. Hi Patricia - I am so sorry to hear this. The tummy fiber cannot cause constipation or diarrhea, or flip one to the other. Soluble fiber is just a motility regulator. It stabilizes contractions to prevent cramps and it normalizes peristalsis. But, it also won't do that job you need it to do until you have enough of it physically present in your gut, and you have to reach that dose gradually. In the meantime, triggers will continue to affect your gut and set off symptoms. Please continue to slowly, steadily increase your dose and you should see symptoms gradually resolve. The fiber can't make anything worse, but it also won't work until you get enough of it in your gut, and you have to work up to that dose.
