| Acacia Senegal is so helpful for bowel motility | |
| My diet was mostly greens and fruits and I was so constipated I never heard of soluble vs insoluble fibers. Acacia Senegal with a greater portion of soluble fibers and less insoluble fiber really helps me digest more easily with less bloating and intestines to bowels are moving happily with more ease. I am grateful to Heather for her self help research shared so generously with others because I have tummy issues that are not IBS but are helped so much with these beautiful carefully grown and crafted products | |
