I have used the Acacia Tummy Fiber most of the last 10 years...and when I don't, things eventually get out of balance again and the troublesome symptoms re-emerge. If you want to be more comfortable physically, and have IBS be a less disruptive influence in your life. You should buy the Tummy Fiber! I order from Heather's on-line and the package is usually delivered within a few business days. I have only once in 10 years experienced a customer service issue when I did not receive my order of Heather's Tummy Fiber package during the early pandemic when the USPS was losing and not reliably delivering mail. | Followed ALL instructions to get this to dissolve. ONLY way I've gotten it to dissolve is with very warm to hot water in a shaker bottle. No other way has worked. It also has a REAL offensive odor once mixed, like dirt or mold. | |||||
