| I bought 3 pouches because I have confidence but I lost money because I've used only one bag. Before I take it, I had one crisis per week or 2 week, but after I began to take this, I had crises every 2 days, and I take it exactly as described. Now, since I had stopped to take it, I feel better, one crises per week...mostly when I go to restaurant, so I suppose it's because of stress. But I'm happy that this product works for some people who have diarea...but for me, only diet can help...but I can drink milk and cheese without problem (I drink about 2 litres of skim milk per day) but many vegetables and fruits I cannot eat because right after I have crise.
