| Constipation runs in my family...along with having divaticulitas, fibro, lactose intolerance and also low iron now, changes to what I had been doing had to change. My brother and sister along with me would take the little red pills in hopes of keep going with you the pain/bleeding and uncomfortable bloating. But using the acacia liberally in food or drink has relieved all of those problems. Even after I had to start taking iron pills! | I have used Heather's tummy fiber for about 7 years now since Benefiber added wheat dextrin to their product. Heather's is the only fiber that I have been able to find that is acacia fiber which works best for me. My IBS has been stabilized for years with only occasion incidents during high stress times! Great product, worth the money | |

| The peppermint tea and capsules are the best. The tea especially is so much better then bought in stores. There are some in the stores that are good, but Heather's is the best and works quickly to soothe those symptoms. Thanks so much for a great product and all of your products.
