Very best fiber for seniors as well as for IBS

Game changer
After dealing with gastritis and SIBO for several years, I went through treatment & tried other fibers, only to feel just as bad. My Dr. recommended this company, and finally, after gradually easing this fiber in, I was able to find relief especially during constipation. After 7 years of trying to figure out my digestive system, this fiber in combination with the peppermint Tummy Tamer pills, I feel so much better and take them everywhere with me! I love the travel packets for that reason, as well as the bulk bags that I can put in the canister which is all well worth the price. Tummy Fiberh has Improved Elimination
As someone who has IBS-C Heather's tummy fiber has been such a great help to reduce inconsistent bowel movements and cramping. Some time ago I thought I was healed and stopped using the fiber. I use very little fiber on advice from my GI doctor. I have IBD which is an umbrella for Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's disease. This is totally different from IBS so very little fiber is favorable for my disease. However, the Acacia gives me some relief with bloating.

In the years that I have been using the acacia fiber, never once have I detected a quality issue. Have been using Heather's Fiber for over 15 years to help with IBS and assorted GI/bladder issues from autoimmune diseases. It's consistently of excellent quality, the price is worth every penny, and the shipping is always super-speedy. It's a no-brainer to use. I hope it's always available because, with the wonderful surprises of chronic illness, having a steady service and product is one less additional stress to deal with. I mix 1.5 tablespoons of it with rice, carrots, an egg, and 1 tbsp of olive oil every morning for breakfast. Nice and nutritious and tasty.

Life changing
I was sure that one of these days, I was going to die on the toilet, or on the bathroom floor, the attacks were so bad. Game changing life saver
For the last 3 years I have been trying to figure my gut out...new 'getting older' food allergies, IBS (maybe?), finding the right fiber (who knew?)...I dont eat enough food or fiber...and after trying a few different Heather products for other symptoms (that are great) I tried the Acacia. Never knew it existed. I followed the instructions and know my daily dose. It's the difference between normal, healthy bowels and well...the other kind. I just bought a year's worth. Amazing Product
My doctor actually recommended this specific fiber to me for IBS. I was amazed at how much better I tolerated it over any other fiber supplement. I sprinkle it over or into many food and don't even notice it's there; even on tacos! I mix it into cereal, soup, stew...anything with enough moisture to soak it up and never know it existed. But my body knows and is happier for it. I will notice when I don't have any for a couple of days. My doctor was right, this is truly a different and much more digestible form of fiber for IBS sufferers and I am thankful for the recommendation.

I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver!

Hello! We ordered this product for our son, who is 19 and on the Autism spectrum. He has had fecal incontinence, usually three episodes a day. Best product for constipation.
This product really works. I don't have IBS; I have gastroparesis where everything moves slowly through the digestive system. This product keeps things soft even when things get backed-up. Insoluble fiber is just as bad for gastroparesis as it is for IBS.

FINALLY Something that helps me with chronic constipation!
I first ordered Heatherâ€˜s tummy fiber on the advice of a friend who has IBS. I started out slowly and was starting to get frustrated when I reached out to Heather. She took the time to write me a very kind and thorough email. She encouraged me to be patient because constipation takes longer to see results. A week and a half later, I found the dosage that worked for me and I haven't had any problems since. Please please please do not stop making this!
