Great product!
I do not have IBS but experience some similar issues. My doctor recommended I add a fiber supplement, and my research led me to Heather's Tummy Care. It is exactly as described and within a couple of days my bloating was gone, and my stomach/bowels were calmer. This product works
I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver!

I use two tablespoons of tummy fiber a day.
The tummy fiber has given me normal bowel movements which is life changing. I use the travel packets when traveling. I also use the peppermint tablet twice a day. Sometimes it burns going down. I notice it more before dinner with an empty stomach.

Helps with constipation

Hello! We ordered this product for our son, who is 19 and on the Autism spectrum. He has had fecal incontinence, usually three episodes a day. In the last two weeks we have seen a great improvement in the number of daily episodes, which in turn, positively impacts his overall behavior. Best product for constipation.
This product really works. I don't have IBS; I have gastroparesis where everything moves slowly through the digestive system. This product keeps things soft even when things get backed-up. Insoluble fiber is just as bad for gastroparesis as it is for IBS.

While I like this product a lot, I continue to need to use scissors to open them as many won't open by tearing. Also, they can be hard to dissolve completely at any temperature: I've tried very hot, hot, warm, and room temperature.

Life saving

FINALLY Something that helps me with chronic constipation!

So far it seems to be working. It's a trial and error in learning how much my tummy needs, when I need to take it and I'm not exactly sure how ofter or when I'm to take it.
I have been mixing the packs into a tsp. of apple sauce prior to eating a meal. I t really seems to have calmed down my urgency after eating with explosive looseness of the bowels. But I'm still experiencing only having a normal movement once every 3-4 days. I'm sure for all the years my guts have been so screwed up, it's not going to get better overnight!!! But I do like the fact I'm using "natural" ingredients instead of chemical substances. I will be happy to rate you with a 5 star next review once I learn my schedule, but I'm on the right path!

This has helped a great deal with IBS issues I've been having. It took awhile to figure out how much to use, and after a couple of weeks I found the right daily dose. It mixes easily in room temperature liquid with a whisk, and then you can either heat it (e.g., for tea) or put it in smoothies, etc. The flavor isn't affected.

Packaging change is not good.

i've only been using it for about 2 weeks.

Just when it couldn't get better!

Heather's Tummy Fiber - THE BEST!
After too many appointments and trying too many medications with too many side effects, I found Heather's Tummy Fiber and immediately started taking it as directed. After about a week, I was having a lot fewer IBS symptoms and it wasn't long before my IBS was not bothering me at all.
