I've been using this tea for several years, and have not found any peppermint tea that is better and more flavorful than Heather's. The ready-made teabags are perfect for travel. | I have ordered peppermint tea, fennel tea, and the soluable fiber. The peppermint tea is my favorite of the three. When I am having/had an attack it really does sooth my GI tract. It also calms me down so I can relax. The peppermint tastes great as well. I try to have at least one cup a day and I feel it has made a difference in my symptoms and pain. I will be buying more. | I have suffered with IBS since age 14, but just had it diagnosed a year ago. I'm now 51 yrs old. I have also suffered with severe gas, bloating and stomach spasms on a daily basis, until now.
