I bought these to take on a cruise. I had been having off and on flares for several months and was afraid they would continue on my trip. Ive been using the tea and capsules twice a day along with the tummy fiber. I am being careful with my diet but have allowed myself some iffy things. So far so good. I have been using the peppermint capsules for only a short time (10 days), and have experienced a great improvement in my IBSD. Have noticed that as long as I watch my diet in addition to the capsules I feel good. I was feeling so good that I ate a jelly filled donut with thick peanut butter icing striped with chocolate 2 days ago and, believe me, I paid for giving in to temptation.
