These tea bags are a better alternative to me steeping the loose seeds. I like the flavor and also use the fennel teabag with an herb tea bag. | I have using Heather's tummy tea fir several months now, and I live by it. I've suffered with IBS since I was a teenager and this tea helps with the spasms, gas and bloating that I encounter after meals...what I now do is drink a cup of Fennel tea first thing in the morning and I feel better after my meal. Also I like to drink a cup before bed. Thank you Heather for your wonderful products if I hadn't found your site I would still be suffering at the level I was at, I now have some weapons to fight thus horrible, uncomfortable and life altering desease. | When I ordered my kit, I was right in the middle of the worst flare up that I'd had in years. I received my order very quickly. A few days after I got the kit, I could feel another flare up coming. I quickly drank the fennel tea. The tea is such a life saver! It literally stopped the flare up in it's tracks. (I also took the fiber as well). A little later it felt like maybe the flare up was still going to happen and I drank another cup of the tea. It completely helped! The flare up never happened! | I have been taking drugs for a rare disease and had stomach problems for the drugs. | I mix it with other teas to get some variety, just make sure it is decaf tea. I also add a peppermint capsule to my teapot and make a large pot of fennel-peppermint tea, as I find the peppermint easier to digest this way, its very strong but you get used to it and there is no burping up of peppermint all day! Overall I have found these products life changing, my pain is substantially reduced, I feel supported and educated and I am not lost in wondering what to eat or not. The only product I haven't used much is the tummy fiber, I need to incorporate it more in my daily routine. Thanks again Heather! | |
