| Typically, just before I start my period, I have a lot of bloating, and just tons of discomfort. This tea seemed to have prevented all of that discomfort. True test will be next month. Along with the fact that an erroneous dx in an emergency room 20+ years ago resulted in a 4-days later life-saving surgery for a bowel obstruction; though I'd been told I had the 'flu' and was sent home. | Before finding Heather's website, "hopeless" would be an accurate way to describe my life with IBS. Feeling trapped in a body that could give me such unbearable pain and a mind that seemed to betray me. The safest place for me was in my own home, near my own bathroom. There was no need then to fear and of course, I then felt at my best. But as soon as I had to leave for either work or shopping or anything else, my stomach would clench and send me running. Shopping became completely unenjoyable and my mind was always on where the nearest bathroom was. Eating out was something we rarely did because...well you know. What if??? I've suffered this way ever since the birth of our youngest child, 14 years ago. There have been times where its been worse and times when it seemed like it was gone. However, the last many years it's been very present and exceptionally painful; to the point of feeling faint from it. So terrifying, I can't even explain it. But for the first time, after reading the testimonials, I realized I'm not alone!!! This alone has helped to bring a type of relief. The diet change has been huge, the fiber amazing, and both the peppermint and fennel teas are something I enjoy immensely throughout the day! The peppermint capsules, unfortunately I seem unable to take as they cause heartburn no matter how or when I take them. That's ok though, the other products along with the diet have been doing the trick! As far as my mind stress goes, I truly believe that as more time goes without an attack (there has only been one in well over a month!!) the more my mind will relax and not get worked up when it's time to head out the door. I'm so excited it's hard to explain! And hopeful for the first time in what seems like a lifetime of living in fear...Thanks Heather from the bottom of my heart for caring enough to spread the good news and for your excellent products and recipes. | I have been taking Citrucel for abt 14yrs. But still having the Big D for abt 15 years . So I decided to try this Product hoping it would help. Even tho I was taking 4 Citracel a day. I started out with 1/2 tsp. after trying for a week this product made be very uncomfortable, cramps ,bloated & gas .... So gave up on this and when back to the old citrucel again. | Speed of delivery even faster than needed. The fennel tea also delivers gut relief to me quickly, and this speed I welcome. Nothing else I do for relief acts as quickly. I have long felt that the postage fees are much too large a cost. They often represent a 1/3 increase in costs for purchases. With this order I took more initiative and talked to customer service. | I'm one of those customers that is guilty of NEVER reviewing products. However, I really felt like this tea deserve some major compliments. I started feeling weird in my tummy since last summer and I went to the doctor many times but he never took my stomach troubles seriously. I got very discouraged and depressed because I always ate really healthy and couldn't figure out why I was constipated and bloated ALL THE TIME. | I began taking 1/4 tsp twice a day ... I've been using this product for the past 2 weeks. I was thrilled when I didn't wake up with nausea from gas buildup during the night - still had the gas - but I developed cramping so I cut back to 1/4 tsp each day which does help but I still need the anti-spasmodic medicine Bentyl but not as much. I still experience 1/2 solid stool in pellet form and some solid and then diarrhea - I am keeping a food journal too but I don't think my system will ever return to normal again. This is my new normal. It's better and I am grateful for that. I also purchased the IBS cookbook which I read for dietary suggestions. | |||||

| I had a small bowel resection in 2008 due to blood clots in my mesenteric arteries. Due to scar tissue and adhesions from that surgery, I developed a bowel obstruction in December 2012. I was advised by a dietitian to avoid foods that are high in insolubl fiber. Since I have a sister with colon cancer, I was also advised to get plenty of fiber each day. After lots of confusion and frustration, I found the answer for both issues. Heather's Tummy Fiber has the soluble fiber that will help keep my colon healthy while also not causing issues with the bowel obstruction. | Do you have a trick to make this product dissolve? I have stirred it into both cold and hot liquids both small and large amounts of liquid and cannot get it to dissolve in a short time. Sometimes there is some left on the spoon even when I think it is all dissolved. It really discourages me from using the product at all and I hate to see my money wasted. | |||||

| All the information I've received has been more helpful than anything my doctors have told me. I am eating the IBS Diet way, using the fennel tea (can't do peppermint) using the fiber. I don't care for the recipes for entrees....don't care for the spices, fish, tofu, etc....but I am using the information to make up my own. I love the breads.... | I've skimmed the book and find the principals helpful. However, I live alone and many of the recipes are for much larger families. Also I simply do better with "' 4 or 5" ingredient or less type of cookbooks. | |||||
| I really found Heather's IBS Acacia fiber @ 1/2 tsp twice a day, the fennel and peppermint teas very helpful for getting relief. I had an acture attach, which may have been both IBS and gall bladder, In addition to Heather's above products I also did a gall bladder cleanse of juicing 1/3rd beet, 2 carrots and 1/2 cucumber once or twice a day. Anyway, I'm OK now. I plan to continue using the Heather's Acacia fiber @ 1/2 tsp twice a day and fennel tea, which I can get at my health food store @ Westwood Village shopping center, Seattle. | |||||

| I don't have IBS. I use Heather's acacia fiber for constipation. I am 83 years old. I built up slowly to a little less than 3 Tbs per day. Because of type 2 diabetes, I have to eat a lot of constipating protein, similar to the Keto diet. I could not do without the fiber. It's a lifesaver! | |
