I have severe sever IBS with a LUQ spasamand I cannot find anything to help. | Heather's Tummy Fiber has made my life much better. I either have constipation or on occasion, diarrhea, which lowers my energy so much that I can't do anything that I need to do for a day or two. Now, when my gut feels like I might have diarrhea, I take 1/2 tsp. of Heather's Tummy Fiber, relax and in only a few minutes the feeling goes away, and my gut no longer feels like it is going to spasm. I've learned what works for me with the tummy fiber, I can take a teaspoon or so of it at night and in the morning, no more constipation. This is a huge improvement in my quality of life. | |
