| I've been drinking the tea for about 2.5 weeks now. At first I was drinking it every day but some days I don't. I'm also taking the fiber and the peppermint pills. There are still some days where my tummy still bloats up - and whereas for the most part it isn't painful like it use to be, I still look like I'm 5 months pregnant. I think I feel better overall, I've also been trying to follow the food cheat sheet and eating more mangos and avocados. I do love cafe au laits and have been experimenting with drinking coffee. The days that I've had it, I haven't been able to see a obvious correlation. Some days are fine and others my tummy has gone crazy. So it seems to work but I'm still experimenting. :) | |

I tend to use a cup of peppermint between breakfast and lunch and a cup of fennel between lunch and dinner. Works great! | |
