| This was way too strong and I'm sure many people would love that but it was too strong for my liking. The tea bags are full of actual fennel seeds which is why it's so strong. So it's a great thing I just don't like fennel. The representative allowed me to return the product with ease and recommended to use a fennel tea bag and a peppermint bag in one tea cup. I never did but that might've helped. So the product is completely as stated it's just a matter of liking the flavor or not. | |

| I had ordered this product at the recommendation of a friend with IBS. I do not have IBS but I do have irregularity and constipation. I do not think I have the patience to tweak the dosage for weeks to find the right balance for my body. During the first 10 days of taking the product I felt bloated and actually stopped up.
